To ensure fast, transparent, and convenient disposal of medical reimbursement cases, the District Administration has developed a new online Medical Reimbursement Portal. This portal enables online submission of all medical reimbursement applications, step-by-step verification, secure record management, and timely approval and disposal of cases.

The primary objective of this initiative is to reduce unnecessary visits of employees/retired employees to offices, bring greater transparency to administrative processes, and minimize the time required for case resolution. Through the portal, applicants can track the status of their cases online and submit all required documents digitally.

This initiative will not only enhance operational efficiency but will also serve as a significant step toward strengthening e-Governance within the district administration.
